WELCOME TO ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING

PROCEDURE

You email architectural drawings to me, sufficient for me to be able to quote you for producing an architectural rendering.
A basic 3D computer model of the building is then constructed and various views of the building are emailed to you, in order for you to choose the view that best serves your purposes.

Once a view has been chosen, it is transferred to watercolor paper, and a detailed pencil setting up drawing is produced, scanned and emailed to you for approval.
Once approved, the watercolor architectural rendering is proceeded with.

On completion, the architectural illustration is scanned and emailed to you for final approval.
When it has been approved, the architectural rendering is securely packaged and Fedexed to you for delivery the following day, anywhere in North America. This can include a scanned copy on CD.The whole process of producing an architectural rendering can be completed in one week.
